If you're willing to be careful and methodical and need a faster computer, I would recommend it. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Worked right away *by R***E on May 16, 2019* I purchased this for an old ASUS Eee PC 1025C and was able to get the upgrade to 4GB of RAM right away at first try. If someone is trying to do this note it may not be such a great idea if you are planning on keeping windows as OS, since intel did not update the GMA 3600 drivers for 64bit versions and there are not good work around for this problem. So even if you upgrade to 4GB of ram wiin 10 or win 7 at 32 bit will only recognize 2.99GB of RAM If you want to use the full ram you need to change the bios which is set to 32bits by default and you need to get a patched bios which allows 64 bits instruction and flash it accordingly. I did this under the CPU atom N2800 after modifying the bios to allow 64 bit set instructions I was able to install Linux 64 bits distro which worked for my case with the full RAM and was good. But under windows While I was able to install win 10 and 7 64 using 4GB I could not get a better resolution than 800 by 600 which was not my game and I will not recommend it. Since the PC was not a for a linux user.
