I wanted to find a knife that was reasonably priced and had good reviews. This knife checks all of my boxes. It is well balanced, razor sharp and has an excellent knife protective sheath. It is well packaged in a box that nestles it and in fact should be kept for storage. I have used it to dice vegetables, cantaloupe, and trim and cut chicken breasts. I wash it immediately after use in warm sudsy water after each use, dry it and store it for my next culinary adventure. I am very pleased with this knife and recommend it highly.

I have now purchased every knife they make in this series. So to say I am a fan is an understatement. I can't say enough good things about my knives, stay sharp (bought the Steele also) look great, prep knives are wonderful, steak knives make a great presentation on the table and cut thru steak like butter. My favorite is the extra long meat cutter works so well on smoked brisket. Good Price (my opinion) no problems of any kind, my first ones are 2years old. And no I don't work for Cutlex :) :)
