## Description

and his father in the hills outside of Corinth, Greece. Through their love of the land, they began a quest to produce some of the finest natural products that Greece had ever seen. They began small with only a few orchards and vineyards in the village of Poulitsa. Over the years, their quality product and honest characteristics became well known within Corinthian region. They began growing their operations and producing more fresh fruit and olive oil each year. A hundred years later, our family now owns thousands of olive trees and produces ample amounts of extra virgin olive oil each year.
All of our olive oil is pressed in the region of Corinth, Greece. This region is known for its rich soils and vast farmlands. We support the local farmers in this region by providing their authentic, pure products to consumers around the world.
We source our extra virgin olive oil from local farmers in Poulitsa, Greece. There, our grandfather farmed for over 76 years. He loved what he did and believed that honesty and diligence are the only ways to do business.

Guidelines specified by the International Olive Council require that virgin olive oils undergo mechanical extraction rather than extraction through solvents or extreme heat. A: Hi Dennis, thank you for reaching out! The acidity of our extra virgin olive oil is always below 0.80% .  Each batch of our olive oil varies slightly with levels of acidity and in recent years, our acidity has been between 0.35% to 0.67%.

**Q: What is the harvest date and is it stamped on the can?**
A: Hello, yes! The harvest is this years harvest (2019)!  It is stamped on the container and the expiration date is August 21st, 2020. Thank you for asking!

**Q: Is it good for salads?**
A: Hello, it is most definitely great with salads. We have many restaurants that use it for topping salads and main entrees.

Tastes so good I can easily just drink it 😂 I’ve never had such delicious oil before in my life and I’m nearly 50. It’s got a slight grassy sorta taste but in a really good way, I know that sounds odd but it’s like fresh tasting and light but full flavored. it’s not bitter or too pungent, it’s perfect for salad dressing or dipping bread or cooking/baking. It’s got a subtle green color. I close my eyes and image I’m in Greece 😂. I just bought another one because I’m so impressed. I‘ll never use another kind. Oh and it arrived in perfect condition. The texture is smooth and clean and just lovely. I’m also impressed with the price, wow, just wow! I’ll be having this daily for good health and happiness.

As a Greek, I've tried so many olive oils and this one is the best I've ever tried. Perfect flavor and balance of pepperyness, and the aroma and overall look of the olive oil is absolutely perfect. I will definitely be repurchasing this again. I finally found a Greek olive oil that truly lives up to my expectations and what I've grown up with. People say it's expensive but it's really not.
