Especially for lighter tractors in the 3000 lb to 6000 lb. range. Big heavy tractors don't need it. Not for garden tractors either. I put about 50 gallons of water in each of my rear tractor tires. That adds about 800 lb to the weight of my tractor. Makes a huge difference when pushing or pulling. **Q: where is this made?** A: Not sure why the location of manufacturing is relevant.
