I was hesitant at first to buy it because there were no reviews, but I spoke with the seller and he made me feel comfortable enough to spend the money. So far it looks great and staying in place. I did put a layer of silicone around it to protected from water getting in, you don’t have to that I did it for a peace of mind. Pictures doesn't do them justice.Equal To or Better than Air Design!Installation Tips:3m Tape sticks very well, so use a helping hand for correct alignment because once it's on it will not come off (with properly prepared surface contact). It's exactly 1/4" inch gap on each side to tailgate edges. Use masking tape during pre-fitting and mark 1/4" on each side. The Tailgate Applique will fit perfectly between the tape lines. You can use either side for proper alignment without having to eyeball side to side before pressing in place.When mounting the Tailgate Applique, only peel back 2-3 inches of protective liner from the tape at each break point where its mounted in the rear . Then fold over the edge so its exposed (can be peeled away while on tailgate). This way once you have the Applique aligned, you can lightly press the exposed 3m tape at the top left and top right corners to hold it in place. This will allow the ability to reposition it if necessary because only the corners you lightly pressed are holding it in place. In addition, since the protective liner is still in place for the rest of surface areas, it will not stick at those points. If it's aligned correctly, firmly re-press the top corners and then simply pull back the top protective liner (left to right or right to left, doesn't matter) and firmly press only the exposed 3m as you go (about 1 inch gap between protective liner the 3m sticky, if you press firmly to close to protective liner, it may break). Once you've secured the top 3m tape, you can peel the rest of the protective liner tabs exposed without firmly pressing and then only after removing the rest of the protective liners you firmly press all remaining surface areas to hold in place.Sorry, I don't have a video reference and hope text tips are understandable. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great addition to f150 *by E***V on Reviewed in the United States on December 24, 2019* Looks great. Fit is about 1/4 inch off from side edge of tailgate, but not enough to notice. Just centered on tailgate- with two people and pressed down. Tape it came with is very secure.
