Haven’t used the shampoo and conditioner yet, as I’m waiting for my Pantene Pro-V Biotin set to run out. This set came packaged well, with bubble wrap on the shampoo and conditioner bottles and then double wrapped in plastic. The caps are not broken and look like they are in good shape.
