Review: Camplux customer service is GREAT! - First, the product has been great and has performed as advertised. I bought this unit for an outdoor shower I built and all that use it rave about the hot water and pressure coming out of it. I did have an issue due to my own fault in not properly winterizing the unit. This is where Camplux really showed their great customer service. First , their on-line reporting process was easy to use, response time was great and you could feel the desire to do right by the customer Secondly, though by “letter” of the warranty associated with dates (1 yr warranty), Camplux could have completely denied my claim; they instead sided with me on the “intent” of the warranty, honored my claim, remedied the problem and now have a customer for life! Thank you Camplux!!!
Review: Outstanding customer support - I purchased this unit for an outdoor shower setup as I'm currently living in an older RV and the shower is very cramped. I'm 6'3" and barely fit in it. This thing has been fantastic for four months. It has great water flow and I love that you can see the real time temp on the display. After a brief snowfall and a couple of days of freezing temperatures, I noticed that the plastic shower head had a significant crack and the internal burner flames were bright yellow instead of the bright blue flame I was used too. There was an issue with the propane regulator and a couple of error codes displayed. I contacted Camplux technical support and they attempted to walk me through a fix for the unit. Even though with their help it became functional, it still was not working properly. They offered a new replacement unit without any hesitation and it shipped to me within a week of contacting them. Thank you Camplux for standing behind your products.

A: As long as you have good water supply. If you want a longer, more flexible hose, choose the CAMPLUX 11.48 ft showerhead hose SH12.

**Q: Can the handle be removed to mount on a flat surface?**
A: It had to mount vertically to exhaust gases properly.

**Q: What is the interior diameter of the shower hose, and what is the thread size?**
A: They are US standard fittings and you can even connect it to a rigid plumbing system.

**Q: What part do you need for the hose attachment for a standard garden hose?**
A: A 3/4” female hose adapter is needed for the hose attachment to the heater. There was 2 inputs use the one for garden hose. If you want a longer, more flexible hose, choose the CAMPLUX 11.48 ft showerhead hose SH12.

**Q: How can I prevent leaking where the hose attaches to the heater?**
A: Used supplied standard hose connection and standard hose rubber washer seals. The supply line is that used to connect sinks, washing machines to water supply. No leaks no problem

It has great water flow and I love that you can see the real time temp on the display. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ It’s Hot.

As someone who loves to do product research before I buy something I felt a good review of this product was in order. First I use this as an outdoor shower and to heat a small pool. 10’x30”. I live in the PNW and summer can sometimes be hit and miss for decent weather. I have two young kids who love to swim but the above ground pool was often only good for a jump in then run to the towel shivering. After spending a lot of time reading reviews and looking at heaters I settled on the this bad boy. Set up was a little difficult the instructions are pretty basic. I had to make a couple trips to the hardware store to get the correct adaptors for the hoses. I had a sump pump that runs at around 10 PSI. Which according to the manual should be enough to run the heater. (The min PSI is 3). This set up didn’t really work very effectively it would run for a couple mins then shut off I think this is mostly due to poor water pressure. When I connect a standard garden hose which runs about 45/50 PSI the heater will burn until it runs out of propane which is awesome. Ultimately I purchased a seaflo pump that runs at around 40 PSI. The pump says it runs at 45 but I think that’s a little high. With the water set to min and the gas set to min it pumps out water around 140F. I used an entire 20lb propane tank just to see how warm I could get the pool and it got all the way up to 95F! Overall I’m pretty happy with this little unit. It took a little figuring to get it all dialed in but the pool sits at around 85 my kids spend hours in it!
