It charges my HPx360 fine although you need to set it to 20v (not 19v), also use the correct adapter otherwise you may fine it wont charge but will still run it. Brilliant product that has helped me in many situations from powering LED lights, charging laptop, power controllers in the field ranging from 12-24v. The button does nothing on the side, no power output from usb or barrel jack. Looks like a faulty device so will see how the customer service is in response to this review. Update: desertcart refunded the money and I bought another one. A few weeks in and it's still working. You can use the DC out and the USB out simultaneously. I use mine to provide extended power to a guitar pedal board. Using the USB to provide back up power to Pedaltrain Volto 3 ( the Volto retains virtually full charge while it is being supplied this way and also gives the 9v source for the pedals. The DC is set to 15v and goes direct to power a Shure wireless receiver / tuner. The battery is slim enough to fit under a Pedal train Nano like the Volto. Never used more than 20% for a 4hr session. One thing you have to ensure is that you don’t use it to power only a low draw device as it has an auto switch off when the draw is low enough. XT Power has a later version which doesn’t auto switch off. Versatile. *by D***. on 2 September 2019* Does everything as described. One oddity which may not be due to this product was that when connecting to a mains socket with integrated usb charging point the powerpack shutdown after a short time so did not charge. Now this pack does have an auto shutdown feature when the input draw on recharge drops below a set value, but I saw no difference on the charging draw shown on the display between using the integrated USB charging point or a plug attached USB charging adapter, which worked fine. It’s possible it may just be due to the Integrated USB mains socket circuitry. Charging Powerbank with a laptop power supply (19v Toshiba) worked fine and was as expected faster than using usb recharge, but fast recharge is of course not as kind to the batteries longer term.
