Not all of the beads are glass either, the green beads are clearly a plastic like material.I notice there are other reviews that have been edited to five stars after speaking with the company and I'm sure that they have great service, but I'm fairly certain the positive reviews are manufactured because these beads are really not good for anything other than children's projects. They re not all died the same though. I was using the same needle and all of the red ones fit perfectly, but when I moved to green, it took me nearly half the stash to fine less than 10 that would work with my needle. I have since purchased a beading needle and have not had the same issue, which is why I am rating it 5 stars.
