The candy has lavender honey, not lavender-flavored honey, in the center which really does not have a distinguishable taste from honey obtained from other flowers. So what you're getting is a hard sugar candy containing 25% honey. There is no lavender flavor whatsoever. The candy itself is about the size of a Lemon Drop. It's hard on the outside and soft on the inside. It tastes like sugar until you get to that honey inside after which it tastes like simple honey. I liked the candy more than I thought I would.
