Amazon is NOT an authorized Ridgid dealer. Although die set came in what appeared to be standard Ridgid packaging, die #1 was slightly oversized and bound when cap screws holding 811a head together were tightened. Purchased this set for an upcoming project that got delayed a few weeks. When I put these in the 811a head, the #1 die didn't slide like the other 3 but didn't realize there was a problem until I started threading pipe. After several boogered up threads, went to hand threading to finish job. After job was over, disassembled head to discover the #1 die didn't slide/fit properly. Purchased new set from authorized dealer and they all slide and fit properly and don't booger up the threads. Attempted to return to Amazon but past the 1 month return policy. Contacted Ridgid (per customer service (per Amazon recommendation) to discover Amazon ISN'T an authorized Ridged dealer and, therefore Ridgid wouldn't honor warranty.
