I'm sure we've tried almost every available product in this category and most taste a bit like 1/2 of our kids' sandbox was dumped in with the mix.The Mama's brand, however, is different. It's much smoother and more like the pancakes and waffles we've all come to know and love. The preparation takes slightly longer, because in order for this to be it's best you have to separate the eggs and whip up the whites, so it's not an "add water and mix" product. The minimal extra time in preparation is far outweighed by the superior taste.
