Instructions were to add the supplied battery acid to the battery. The battery registered 12.5 volts. I had it installed in my scooter and no power. I tested again 12.5 volts put a load test registered zero. Put on charger and will not take a charge. I think I received a defective battery. The instructions say once you add battery acid there is no return.
