I did a fair amount of research and betted heavy on the past Amazon reviews. I really wanted to like them.....Pros:1) Very good build quality (pretty simple stuff) and finish quality.2) Arrived on time with no damage.3) Sturdy and will likely last forever.Cons:1) Design is weak. The hooks generally hold the head of the tool rather than the post. Sounds logical from a durability stand point, but if you have wide tools (push broom and a snow shovel), you take up most of the width go the rack. My last rack held the tools by the pole and you could vary heights to stagger the spacing. Not the case here. Lastly, some of the hooks are deep so that they would hold three shovels, for example. If you want the first shovel, you have to remove the other two to get to it.2) Mounting screws: As I said, I bought two identical racks, one came with Round Head screws with integrated washers (nice!). The other came with Flat Head screws with the cone shape under the head. These also had washers, but this that is ridiculous. I have to buy new screws for the second one.3) Value: These racks are very, very expensive for wha you get. Sure they are durable steel construction, but I paid $200 for these two racks and they may beg worth $80 tops in my opinion. All the competitive products are far less expensive and many look to have better designs.Overall, they are functional, but the way all the tools lay, it looks sloppy and the space is inefficient. Searched for something to organize them and came across the Monkey Bar. It's great. All the shovels, the rakes, the mop the shop broom, kitchen floor steamer, etc. fit on it. I had thought about ordering a separate one for my mountain bike because I didn't want to hang it from the rim but it fit on there nicely, too. It's a VERY high-quality product and I couldn't believe how well packed it was … everything - all parts were wrapped and well and secured to protect them and keep it from moving during shipping. Real easy to get up on the wall, too.
