Now I love it and I only mix with water. Even though the other one was about the same calories, it left me bloated. This one does not and I've lost weight. I haven't put on any more muscle size but losing some weight my muscles are more defined. It took me a few days to get the consistency and taste where I wanted it and I was hungrier than usual the first three days. After a week and trying the powder with coconut milk and water...I settled on mixing with just water, ice and half a banana.
