Review: Must read! - I absolutely loved Human Heart, Cosmic Heart. I read it in two days and truly could not put it down. I’ve been in the health and wellness space for a long time, and this book hit home for me on a deep level. After recovering from a nerve injury, I found myself diving much deeper into nervous system health, recovery, and the bigger picture of how the body actually heals. As a veteran, firefighter, coach, and someone who works closely with others trying to improve their health, I’m always searching for deeper understanding. My mom has arrhythmia, I have close friends with heart problems, and I’ve spent a lot of time asking the same kinds of questions the author explores in this book. What I appreciated most is that this book challenges the narrow, mechanical view of the heart. It opens your mind to the idea that the heart is far more than just a pump, and that true healing cannot come from only looking at one isolated part. There are so many factors at play, such as our nervous system, stress, environment, connection to nature, energy, and the way the whole body works together. This book really helped reinforce something I’ve felt for a long time: we need to treat the whole person. Review: Outstanding thinker - Tom is an outstanding thinker and his books exhibit a very rare synthesis of knowledge, wisdom, and breadth of experience. This heart book is outstanding but separately, and worth mentioning, his take on cancer is good as well and his take on virology is perhaps the most important work he has put out in my opinion. One of the few people whose thinking takes a subject to its logical conclusion and refuses to form an opinion until that point is actually reached. That is how one gets closest to the truth and this closeness is why Tom's work resonates with so many.

I absolutely loved Human Heart, Cosmic Heart. I read it in two days and truly could not put it down. I’ve been in the health and wellness space for a long time, and this book hit home for me on a deep level.
