It is typical Brain Weiss, a very quick read and a CD to meditate. It is a nice set I will read again and again. The only thing I would say I don't like is that I felt Mr. Weiss jumps into the meditation itself too quickly on the CD. I feel he should have led into the meditation portion more slowly. If you are a fan and want to do some meditation at home, you will like this. I also thought it was neat to have Mr. Weiss' relaxing voice on CD to talk me through the meditation. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good, but not an exhaustive treatment of the subject *by J***M on Reviewed in the United States on April 26, 2012* This is a small book and gets right to the point. It is basically just a companion work for the enclosed CD. It's very good from that perspective,though. I enjoy using the guided relaxation on the CD, but have not unearthed any significant memories with it. (During my session this afternoon, the memory that surfaced was of working in my yard this morning!) The short length is a point in the exercise's favor in my mind; in only twenty minutes or so it leaves me feeling more refreshed than a much longer nap would have. ### ⭐⭐⭐ A key to understanding Dr. Weiss work *by A***Z on Reviewed in the United States on April 1, 2014* I must confess I was expecting something else. This book contains guidelines to a much more complete understanding of Dr. Weiss's most compelling ideas, but it lacks a new topic.Besides, it contains the very same C.D that "Regression Through the Mirrors of Time" (C.D set) does. If you have read more than one book by the same author, don't buy this book: it's kind of unnecessary.
