Finally baked on these for the first time (Macarons) and these are very useful and safe. Good size, fits in a baking sheet, but they're amazingly stick resistant and my delicate pastries came right off with no extra grease or spray. And far more beautiful and evenly baked than I had experienced with parchment paper. Cleanup is breeze - I just washed them in hot soapy water with my pans and let them with air dry, which I think will save money in the long run. The circles make it easier for me to get them the right size every time, the piping bags/tips are handy and sturdier than just clipping a corner off a ziploc bag, and overall my results end up looking more like I know what I'm doing. I would maybe like a slightly larger round tip, but it's definitely serviceable.Overall, it's a pretty solid value if you're looking to try your hand at baking these little guys more than once!EDIT: Upon further inspection while making another batch, I realize now that I missed the size 12 tip the first time through. It turns out that I did have the slightly larger tip I was wishing for earlier in the review.
