I bought them for fishing but found they are awesome for everyday things like working in the yard or whatever else. Light weight, breathable, comfortable and they do work away sweat which is a must in the south. After buy one of shirts I decoded to order more in different colors. The quality is good as well, on par with some of my underarmour shirts. I do recommend this product. Review: Sizing Matters - I believe the this shirt will provide the protection I need from the sun. It appears to be a good quality item, well made. I do disagree with the sizing recommendations based on customer feedback. I’m 5’8” and 143 pounds and 74 years old so I ordered a medium. The medium was very big on me in overall size and length of sleeves. This prompted me to order a small which fit great with more than enough room. The sleeves also fit better than the medium. The medium sleeve length came to my palms whereas the small came just past my wrists. Fortunately I was able to return the 2 mediums I bought unused and purchase 2 smalls. ## Features - UPF 50+ Sun Protection: Made with UPF 50+ fabric that helps block up to 98% of UV rays, this men's long sleeve sun shirt helps reduce UVA and UVB exposure while providing reliable coverage for outdoor activities under strong sunlight - Quick-Dry & Breathable Comfort: Lightweight performance fabric quickly wicks moisture and dries fast to help keep you cool and comfortable, providing a soft feel without a heavy or restrictive sensation during warm weather wear - Lightweight Outdoor Performance: Designed for fishing, hiking, camping, travel and other outdoor activities, this breathable sun shirt provides lightweight coverage and comfort for long hours outside in warm weather - Functional Design Details: Flatlock seams and a tag-free collar help reduce friction, while thoughtful details provide a smoother and more comfortable wearing experience during outdoor activities - Versatile Style & Fit: The classic long sleeve design combines outdoor functionality with casual style, making this men's UV shirt suitable for fishing, hiking, boating, beach days and everyday summer activities ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B07PLJR3H7 | | Age Range Description | Adult | | Apparel Closure Type | Pull On | | Apparel Fabric Stretch | Low Stretch | | Apparel Fabric Weight Class | Lightweight | | Back Style | T Back | | Best Sellers Rank | #529 in Sports & Outdoors ( See Top 100 in Sports & Outdoors ) #1 in Men's Diving Rash Guard Shirts | | Brand Name | Roadbox | | Care instructions | Machine Wash | | Closure type | Pull On | | Color | 1 Pack - Gray | | Customer Reviews | 4.6 out of 5 stars 23,318 Reviews | | Fabric Type | UPF 50+ Polyester Fabric | | Fabric type | UPF 50+ Polyester Fabric | | Fit Type | Loose | | Fit to Size Sentiment | Fits True To Size | | Garment Size Country | United States | | Import Designation | Imported | | Item Highlight | SPF 50+, Quick Dry, Lightweight, Moisture Wicking, and Cooling Comfort for Diving, Fishing, Hiking, and Outdoor Water Sports | | Manufacturer Part Number | 4uS171995_009_gray_L | | Material Type | Polyester | | Neck Style | Crew Neck | | Number of Items | 1 | | Occasion Type | Hiking,Sports,Running,Workout,Outdoor | | Origin | Imported | | Pattern | Solid | | Product Benefits | Sun Protection | | Product Care Instructions | Machine Wash | | Size | Large | | Sleeve Length Description | Long Sleeve | | Sleeve Type | Long Sleeve, Raglan Sleeve | | Special Size Type | Standard | | Style Name | Upf 50+ Long Sleeve Rash Guard | | Style Number | 4uS171995_009_gray_L | | Swimwear Form Type | Rash Guard | | Swimwear Top Form | Rash Guard Top | | UPC | 682365305954 | | Ultraviolet Protection Factor | UPF 50+ | | Unit Count | 1 Count | | character | sports | ## Images ![Roadbox Men's UPF 50+ UV Sun Protection Shirts, Long Sleeve Swim Rash Guard - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71GBrmEgm6L.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Color, Size** options. ## Questions & Answers **Q: static cling after drying? many brands except underarmour seem to get VERY clingy after drying in dryer** A: No cling felt at least after using a dryer sheet in the dryer. Definitely have not had static cling issues with this shirt. If you run into this problem you can also try air drying the shirt to see if you have less static problems with that drying method. **Q: "Can I swim in the ocean or pool in this spf shirt? I want buy a shirt to swim. Thank you."** A: Surfing in a long sleeve rash guard is fine but for swimming you'll probably find it's a drag :) If you're into swimming for a workout that might not be a big deal, but when I swim laps with mine it definitely slows me down. The tighter the fit on chest, tummy, and arms the better. So you might want to try one size smaller for swimming. **Q: is this spf shirt quick drying?** A: I put this sun shirts in a natural wind, it has dried in 2-3 hours. **Q: I normally wear XL in all my shirts, but heard sun shirts fit tight, do I need to order a XXL in these shirts?** A: I normally wear an XL and this shirt fit perfectly…not too tight and not too baggy…love the shirt! ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great performance shirt for everyday use. *by J***S on September 14, 2026* Love these shirts!! I bought 2 larges for me and 1 XL for my husband. I am going to wear them over my swimsuits for sun protection. Sizes and colors are as expected. They seem to be good quality and look as nice as any other fishing shirts I have bought for my husband. ## Frequently Bought Together - Roadbox Mens UPF 50+ UV Sun Protection Shirts Outdoor Long Sleeve SPF Rash Guard for Fishing Hiking Swimming Running - Roadbox UPF 50+ Sun Shirts for Men, UV Protection Long Sleeve Swim Shirt, Lightweight Rash Guard for Fishing Hiking Running - Roadbox UPF 50+ Fishing Shirts for Men, Long Sleeve UV Sun Protection Hoodie, Outdoor Hiking Running Swimming Rash Guard --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.us/products/117570216-roadbox-mens-upf-50-uv-sun-protection-shirts-long-sleeve](https://www.desertcart.us/products/117570216-roadbox-mens-upf-50-uv-sun-protection-shirts-long-sleeve) --- *Product available on Desertcart United States of America* *Store origin: US* *Last updated: 2026-10-24*
