**Q: Can this be used with a regular bed or does it have to be a hospital bed?**
A: I tried using it on my own bed and it was very uncomfortable, noisy (the plastic squeaked alot, and did not stay in place.  Perhaps I just didn't have it put on properly.  But on my mother's hospital bed, it is great.  I hope I've helped.  And if you are a caregiver like me, God bless.

**Q: can you use it in a recliner?**
A: You probably could, however once the air pockets are filled it may not stay in place. I would also check the length of the recliner...this is a full bed length.

**Q: This is a group2 pad?**
A: I am not sure what a group 2 pad is.  I purchased this for my late husband because it came with an air pump and I wanted something that would roll a bit to change the pressure points since he was bed ridden.  He used it for about 6 months and it was comfortable for him.

**Q: Does this pad really come with long end flaps**
A: Mine did not
