But after using it a few times, The netting material started to get pretty loose on it's frame (the last pond had lot of duckweed, so...) Still usable, but not sure for how much longer.

**Q: what size are the holes in the mesh?**
A: It's very fine mesh. Nothing gets through except water.

**Q: Six months, and the net is already fraying, and the scoping handle doesn't work (plastic ring around bottom is broken).  Is there a warranty on it?**

**Q: would this net work for catching small feeder bait type fish in a lagoon or a pond?**

Thank you for your question! The size of the net is 7.9" x 7.9" deep with a handle that extends from 1.5 to 3 feet. Depending on the size of the fish, the net should be deep enough to catch small marine life. Plus, the net is made of fine, knotless mesh and won’t harm aquatic specimens caught.

This net was great in all respects, basically. Very easy to use, lightweight, and sturdy.... Great price too. But after using it a few times, The netting material started to get pretty loose on it's frame (the last pond had lot of duckweed, so...) Still usable, but not sure for how much longer.

I bought this for a kiddie pool to clean out the tiny bugs and smallest of debris. It worked great, until the mesh starting fraying from when it hit the sides of the pool. So I added tubing to the edge to protect the mesh from fraying more. It’s worked okay since then, does the job. The tightening function broke after a few times of using it. But I’ll probably buy another since it works great for our tiny pool
