It seemed very dry, but I wasn't sure if that was how it was supposed to be, so I proceeded. By the time I got to my 2nd eyebrow, there was virtually none of the gel coming out. I read other reviews that said the same thing but decided to try it anyway. BIG mistake!! Ridiculous!! Should be a crime to charge people for nothing. Anyway, it's not worth my time to return it.
