Review: A great low carb alternative - These are a great low-carb alternative to noodles. I use them in stir-fry’s. I rinse them and then heat them in a frying pan until they start to pop. This dries them off and then when you toss them in the stir fry, they better absorb the flavours. Else, they are quite tasteless and just add bulk to the meal.

These are a great low-carb alternative to noodles. I use them in stir-fry’s. I rinse them and then heat them in a frying pan until they start to pop. This dries them off and then when you toss them in the stir fry, they better absorb the flavours. Else, they are quite tasteless and just add bulk to the meal.

At first, when I tried it, I really liked it as I made ramen with it and it was amazing. Then I made stir-fry and it was still amazing but when you try stuff like Cheese pasta it will make you sick. If you use these, do not think of them as a pasta sub, think of them as a noodle sub as they are more palatable that way
