They taste great,mix well and are fair priced. I've been bodybuilding/ weight training for over 30 years so I've used many different products and this one holds up very well for the price. It's a shame our idiotic government decided to put tax on health supplements ( can't remember who was in charge at the time but makes no difference as they're all equally stupid ) when they decided in thier incredible wisdom that they weren't a necessity, when to anyone who leads a busy life and trains regularly know that they are.
