Feels a little harsh putting 3 stars for portion size but obviously it's supposed to be small portions so don't look at 3 stars as a negative. The size of it frightened me when I opened it but well I guess that's the whole point isn't it. But whats more it does what it claims and aids weight loss! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars Good value for money *by A***F on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 19 October 2022* I bought this plate to help with portion control, something I need to get a grip of for weight loss. I was slightly worried when it arrived about how small it was, it's just slightly bigger than a side plate. When I used it though, it is actually well proportioned - the three sections (protein, carbs and vegetables) are enough for a small chicken breast, a few boiled potatoes and a good helping of broccoli etc. I found this has changed my approach to eating - rather than shovelling a huge amount of food into my mouth as quickly as possible, this plate leads you to taking your time over eating, and of course this means that you feel fuller with less food. The plate is quite light and it is made of hard plastic, so I'm very careful when washing it not to use boiling water as I'm not sure how sturdy it would be with extremes of temperature. I'm impressed with the printing though, I thought it would rub off quickly, but it is well applied and looks like it will last a while. My only complaint is that I would like the sides to be a bit deeper - because of its small size, it can be easy to accidentally push food over the side of the plate when cutting with a knife and fork.
