For the price the build quality is awesome. Everything fits right and can be adjusted tighter with an Allen key. The moment I put my iPad in it, the holder slowly moves down because of the weight of iPad. Tried removing iPad cover but still no lock. My kid needs to hold the iPad attached to the stand to keep it in its proper viewing angle. Can't even return as window is closed.
