(includes ingredient list) *by D***R on Reviewed in the United States on October 11, 2011* I got a couple of these sample packets and hoped it would help my ingrown hairs around the bikini area. So far, not a lot of change. It has a cooling sensation that felt a bit tingly on sensitive skin. After researching the ingredients, I think this is a good cream for killing bacteria, but not for exfoliating ingrown hairs. The active ingredient is alpha bisabolol, which is anti-inflammatory, anti-irritant, and anti-bacterial. The rest are to help skin penetration and solubility. There are no exfoliating ingredients such as salicylic acid, which is the active ingredient in Tend Skin. I will use it on freshly waxed skin, and then after a few days, use a gentle exfoliant to address ingrowns. I like this better than Neosporin post-wax, which is too greasy for the bikini area.
