I contacted Koolmore requesting a parts list and assembly instructions so I know what I need WOW! What a surprise when I went to work today and saw the new unit. It seems to be in perfect condition and will test it over the weekend. I can now see why there were no assembly instructions and parts list, it came assembled! There is no way I could have figured out how to put that together. Anyway, sending this out in the middle of a snow storm really says something about the people at Koolmore. It is with great appreciation I write this note. And the display warmer works as advertised.
