The rolls are about 2.5 inches in diameter and 8 inches long. Basically a delicious pound-cake like confection wrapped around the guava and cheese filling. I slice them into 0.75 to 1 inch slices, allowing one slice per person per evening. We've been eating them with milk, but I suspect they would go well with coffee or tea, also.
