## Description

Review: One of my favourite KP products - I first came across this brand 5 years ago when researching KP solutions and it was among a dozen KP related products (lotions, soaps, creams etc.) I've tried over the years. One thing I've learnt is that there is no magic product that will miraculously clear KP - for example, I currently manage mine through a combination of diet and skin care. This one is really good for moisturising my extremely dry skin and has lactic acid in it which is effective in managing KP. I'm quite happy it's available for purchase in India!

**Q: crepey skin**
A: This product did improve the appearance of crepe-y skin on my legs, and it got rid of the little bumps on the insides of my arms and on my shoulder blades, but I had to use it every night and it was probably most effective when I wore ankle length pj pants, and pj tops (not skimpy or short ones). Consistency is key with any of these skin-improving lotions or creams, and I have been lazy. If I were you I would keep it by your bed and apply it just before getting into bed for the night. It will probably take a couple of weeks for you to see a difference.

**Q: I desperately need a super powered moisture for my face and neck.  How do I use this to 'plump me up?'**
A: Cerave AM and PM are the best face lotions I’ve ever used. My dermatologist recommended it. The AM formula has sunblock in it and the  PM I use at night is very moisturizing.

**Q: What are the ingredients in the product?**
A: If you click on the product name all of the ingredients are listed as well as some cautions for sensitive skin.

**Q: WHAT are the ingredients???**
A: Ingredients:  Water, Ammonium Lactate, alpha-hydroxy acid (AHA), Mineral Oil, Propylene, PEG-100 Stearate. Glyceryl Syerate, Magnesium Alumium Silicate. Laureth-4, Cetyl Alcohol, Methylparaben, Proplparaban, Methylcellulose.   It has 12% lactic acid and is pH-balanced for the skin and gently encourages natural cell renewal.
