When my granddaughter comes over she will teach me how to do it.I am used to those kind of calderos growing up in the Caribbean. The ones they are making now are not even close to the prior models: heavy and sturdy. This one is so LIGHT that l couldn’t imagine what I am going to do with it.Would have been ok without the dent and scratches.From this same company I also bought a 10 quart that is ok.But l am really disappointed with this 3.7 quart pan .
