## Description

End the hassle of twisted, tangled power cords forever with the Panasonic NI-WL600 Cordless, Portable 1500W Contoured Multi-Directional Steam/Dry Iron. Unlike corded irons, this sleek, ergonomic 360° Freestyle iron uses a double-tipped soleplate to glide effortlessly in every direction for precision and speed; perfect for everyday ironing and for quilting, crafting and sewing projects. Its curved, non-stick stainless steel soleplate glides seamlessly over fabric without tugging or wrinkling and maneuvers nimbly around buttons, along collars and over sleeves, cuffs and pleats. To use, simply set the iron into the charging base and select the temperature for the fabric you're ironing. In minutes, a temperature ready light illuminates and you're ready to go. If you're interrupted while ironing and forget to unplug the base, no worries. The base automatically turns itself off after 10 minutes. When done the touch of a button on the base smoothly retracts the cord into the base to eliminate messy power cord storage. A heat-resistant carrying case snaps onto the iron and base for instant portability and storage. Adjustable steam and dry settings create the ideal concentration of steam, or no steam at all for everyday fabrics, delicates and easy touch-ups for when no steam is needed. For hanging garments, curtains and drapes, the push of a button applies a powerful burst of vertical steam to relax and remove unsightly wrinkles or creases. And with the Panasonic NI-WL600 cordless iron you can fill the iron's water tank at the sink without having to bring the whole iron with you. A durable, lightweight water tank easily detaches with the touch of a button for no-spill refills. The iron's built-in anti-drip system provides a long-life water seal inside the iron body to prevent water leakage and protect clothing from water spotting. An anti-calcium system automatically prevents steam vents from clogging by reducing sediment build-up in the vaporizing chamber of the iron. Water Tank : Detachable, Iron - Temperature Range : 176°F - 392°F.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: does it comes with cover**
A: Yes, it comes with an easy locking/unlocking domed cover with handle. This makes this iron very handy for taking to classes or retreats. I also have the larger version of this iron. I use it for "ironing" while I use the smaller iron for "pressing" during quilting. Both are excellent and portable but I recommend the smaller one for traveling.

**Q: what is the wattage? What is the difference between this model and the more expensive, purple colored one?**
A: The higher wattage is making the iron much hotter for other purposes and thus keep it iron hot longer. It is just like car sometimes rated 100 mph max but other sport cars rated 149 mph mac so the sport car can go faster on the street and also helps to pass other cars easier (It is of course, only for short distance. Driving higher speed than limit for a long distance, it can be ticketed).

**Q: Can you steam clothing in all positions without it leaking?**
A: Maybe hanging but it leaks quite a lot on flat surface. Huge disappointment purchase.

**Q: continus steam works in lowest temperature setting?**
A: Sometimes
