The wonderful chocolate aroma just permeates the whole room. I drink it black or on a nice cold morning I add a packet of coco powder with marshmallows. Oh my, what a delight to come down the stairs to the kitchen in the morning and smell this coffee. The grind is perfect for my Cuisinart drip coffee maker, no floating grinds that you sometimes get with find grind coffees.The flavor is not strong, and I did not find it to scream "Kahula" but rather hint at the flavor. I did not feel compelled to cut it into regular coffee, but rather preferred to savor it on its own. I might mention that should you have 'left-overs' in the pot it makes wonderful ice cubes for iced coffee later in the day! I use the cubes for mocha frappes - fill the blender to the blades with half and half, a package of sweetner, some chocolate syrup and about 11 frozen coffee cubes.
