**Q: How much potassium is actually absorbed with this?**
A: I’m not exactly sure. But I am a Keto follower and since taking this supplement the cramps in my leg have disappeared. My daughter has MS and she gets a lot of Charlie horses and when she takes days she feels much better

I was having some serious leg cramping, and self diagnoses said I needed some Potassium. First night after taking one of these and cramping is over. I continued to take one a night for the next few nights and there was zero leg cramps. I now only take about 1 a week and seems to keep the cramping at bay. I can't predict if it will work for you as well as it did for me. But I will continue to purchase this in the future.
