One of the cushions only had one of the elastic hoops necessary to keep it in place on the top. They were extremely fast in response to my email and updated me regularly on a replacement. It came very quickly and we are very satisfied - nice job!

Great Price, Great Look, Perfect for My Patio, and goes well with my patio rockers. Some reviewers complained about the wiggly pads. They tie on and stay on. Some people will find fault with anything, but I am totally satisfied with my purchase. My husband wasn't as thrilled because he was the one who had to assemble them, but he was very pleased with the final results.
