The inside has a layer of plastic, and it's completely waterproof. The cover is huge, and if it holds up, it can easily protect 2 or even 3 children's bikes (something I expect to need in a few years).It's thinner than I would've liked, so durability may be questionable. I actually had to read what "210D" means, turns out a denier is a measure of thickness of fabric. A 9000 meter strand of 210D fabric will weigh 210 grams. It doesn't translate well into how strong the fabric is, but for some reason all manufacturers put it on labels. Get down to cover the entire bike and close everything with clips already present.
