The traditional watch-style strap meant that it was either just a bit to snug or a bit too loose, both of which caused problems with the accuracy of the heart rate monitor. When it fell apart, I decided to try a different material.This nylon strap uses a hook-and-loop fastener, which makes it easy to adjust to your wrist and get it just right instead of finding a compromise. It's slightly stretchy, which makes it easier to shift the Fitbit so it sits comfortably on your wrist.I think it looks pretty good, and seems to be well built, at least as good as the original strap. I'm not sure why most straps are silicone, this strap seems to be an improvement in every way, especially if you'll be exercising with it on (and that's kind of the point, right?).At $11, I thought the price was a bit steep, but it does seem to be a step up from the other cheap replacement bands. I can say so far it has been worth it, and definitely recommend this one. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Comfy band *by K***E on January 2, 2019* While this band is a bit pricey for what you get, it is the most comfortable band I've had. But it broke. *by L***N on January 10, 2019* I love how light weight this product is, I forget that I’m wearing it! The Velcro is really strong and doesn’t come undone during the day. However after using this product for two months, one of the Velcro pieces detached. I tried using gorilla glue to get it to stick back on but it didn’t work.
