Seems to be very sturdy, small, but not as small as I was worried it would be. You can see in the pics that my tablet, in it's case, fits on the drop down area, my assessment tools fit easily and with room to spare. (Which I'm sure I will overstuff before long) I'm a hospice nurse, never know if you will be going up stairs or how far you'll have to walk, and my larger bag was weighing on me and making my knees hurt. I think this will help me keep from carrying too much around and yet, still be big enough for what I need. Nice little sliding shoulder pad and adjustable strap, clips are swivel clips so it should be easy to pick up and go without fussing with the strap.
