A: The orange and lemon scents dissipate after application and don't transfer to foods.

**Q: Can you use this on kitchen knives as well as the chopping boards?**
A: Di you mean the handles? If they are not a polished wood I should think so but let it soak in. Maybe check with manufacturer. I have not used in this way

**Q: Is this suitable to clean wood panelling?**
A: Excellent for any wood,have two expensive chopping boards, and product was fantastic.
