So tasty, sweet and spicy! Can easily find at a lot of markets, but just as easy to get here. Good value for the price. Some say it’s a little more complicated to make, but that’s not so! I just dump everything into a microwave safe pho bowl and add either one cup or a cup and a half of water, depending on how brothy you want it. Nuke it for five minutes and it comes out perfect. Not straining or dumping. Trust me! Add other stuff like a protein or veggies to make a more complete meal. Cannot go wrong.
