I've used several of their mascara packages, and I've found the gel and the fiber tubes to be the same in all of the combinations. They work well for me. **Q: I like using mascara products that remove with warm water and gentle pressure. How are these removed? Thanks.** A: You need eye make-up remover. I love the Rite-Aide brand. Not oily at all and doesn't make your eyes feel greasy. Takes the product off great with srubbing. I soak 1/2 a cotton pad and dab it on my eyes until the product feels wet then start wiping. It comes off easily. It advertises 4D in the description but pictured is a 3D gel tube & a 3D fiber tube. If what brings it to 4D, as the seller says, then it doesn’t make sense that in the description once you scroll down into the sales pitch, it talks of the different formulas & mentions that the 4D formula brings your lashes to 400%. There’s either a 4D formula or not. The seller answered that it’s the eyelash curler that takes it to the 4D level, which is bate & switch advertising if you ask me. Another amazon customer answered that the 4D formula is smoother & easier to apply. So basically you have two conflicting answers. This is where the company, not the seller, needs to answer your question, which was mine as well. I was sold in this mascara, until I saw that the copy stating it was 4D didn’t match with the picture. Why would I buy 3D when they have a 4D, but where do I buy the 4D, etc. I think the seller messed up the copy on this set of 3D gel, 3D fiber, and a mini curler, & is calling it 4D, as if a curler can bring your lashes to 400% instead of 300%, without a different formula. There probably is a 400% formula, based on the Amazon customers answer to you, & the fact that the company’s mention of the 400% formula in their bio below the ad, but this set with the mini curler isn’t it! I’ll keep looking thank you, but the company, really should respond because it’s sketchy.
