## Description

Pop N Glaze makes it easy to turn your ordinary popcorn into sweet, mouthwatering kettle corn! Caramel Glaze Pop makes fresh, warm caramel glazed popcorn is a special treat that in the past has been a multi-step recipe that could take over one hour for each batch. Flavacol Salt is the secret ingredient. More popcorn is popped worldwide with Flavacol Seasoning Salt. The reasons are simple. We start with fine salt flakes that stick better to the popcorn and pack in the taste. All can be put right in the kettle with the oil and popcorn. Snappy Popcorn is a third-generation family business that has been passionate about growing and selling popcorn since 1940. We grow, process and raise much of our popcorn in the fertile fields of Iowa. Popcorn is the only thing we process in our plants and we take great pride in delivering the best tasting popcorn, fresh from our fields to your home. Over the years, Snappy has also grown to become one of the largest concessions dealers in the country by doing things differently. We work hard to provide first-rate machines, superior accessories, and delicious products at the very best prices, all backed by the Snappy quality guarantee. Located in the small town of Breda, Iowa, our small-town values and work ethic are behind every product we sell. We are committed to providing strong, old-fashioned customer service, with a friendly sales staff that will personally answer your calls. Please let us know how we can serve your popcorn and concessions needs, and from our family to your family or business, thank you for choosing Snappy products!

Review: Concession stand popcorn at home--even with an air Popper! - I tried many of the products at the grocery store trying to get authentic stadium/movie style popcorn at home. All of them left me disappointed, so I learned that Flavacol is the actual product they use. Naturally, desertcart is the easiest way for me to find that...then I saw the triple pack to make caramel and kettle corn too!! I will leave a detailed review of both types of product and how I have made them work with an air Popper. Flavacol -- this is a very very very salty product!! It's easy to use too much and ruin your batch. If you want to put it into a shaker, I would suggest a regular salt shaker, not something with large openings. Personally I use the smallest measuring spoon, labelled "pinch" and it takes 2 to 3 pinches for the amount of popcorn produced by putting a level scoop of corn from the scoop on top into the air Popper. I pop the corn into a huge measuring bowl, and coat it first with some of the spray stuff from the grocery store (which is sold next to the popcorn and labeled as movie theater butter, but by itself it doesn't have much flavor). The spray stuff is just to allow the Flavacol to stick. I am careful to keep stirring and shaking the popcorn and try to get the products as evenly distributed as possible. It's ok to have some more coated pieces mixed in with mostly plain looking popcorn--thats actually how concession stand popcorn looks when you buy it. Try this and eat it warm...or let it sit for about an hour after you coat it if you really want it taste just like the concession popcorn lol. Pop-N-Glaze:(see photo) this is the exact product they use to make kettle corn at festivals etc. I wasted a lot of it trying to carefully pop kernels in it mixed with coconut oil on the stovetop (as I don't own a whirly-pop). I just don't think you can make it on the stove unless you have a whirly-pop. It. Will. Burn. How I have compromised is to melt the product in a small to medium sized sauce pan and pour over air popped popcorn. Sorry I don't have exact measurements because I just eyeballed it based on experience with cooking. I put enough coconut oil in the saucepan on medium heat to fill the bottom of the pan, maybe 4 tablespoons? Once the oil is hot, I dumped some of this product in (maybe a cup?) I stirred it constantly over medium heat until it became liquid and started to foam. It looked lightly caramelized in the pan but dries to the correct color once on the popcorn. I poured it over plain, air-popped popcorn in my largest mixing bowl using a silicone spatula and stirring as I pour with the goal to distribute it as evenly as possible. The finished product has the right taste and texture as the kettle corn you buy at a concession stand or festival kart. I read the ingredients and it is sugar, salt, and some preservatives. Anyone might be able to replicate this one without buying it, but I have not tried. Glaze Pop: this is Carmel corn coating like the kind they used to sell in mall food courts, or festivals etc. Exact same problems with burning it on stove top as I had with the kettle corn. So follow the same improvised instructions as for the kettle corn to melt it down and coat pre-popped corn. This one's ingredients are sugar, brown sugar, molasses, salt, and some preservatives/colorants. This is similar to an old home recipe I have for "Cracker Jack's" but that recipe also calls for vinegar. You can definitely use my improvised method to make this product on the stovetop and pour over popcorn, but making it from scratch is honestly better tasting, but takes more time and effort, and perhaps helps to have some candy making expertise. So this product just saves time and effort v.s. making caramel corn from scratch. **General comments: These are all powders, they're in cartons, similar to milk cartons. One of them had busted and leaked out a little during shipping. I love the vintage looking cartons, too. I would definitely recommend this product and while there's enough of this to last me a very long time, when I run out I will certainly buy Flavacol again. Not sure about the other 2, as I think I am better off sticking to home recipes for those types of popcorn topping, but I might buy them again in the future.
Review: Great trio! - All the flavors were awesome! Top of the line seasoning!

## Features

- Three flavors in one kit: Flavacol seasoning salt, Caramel Glaze Pop and Pop-N-Glaze kettle corn glaze cover savory theater popcorn, caramel corn and kettle corn from a single bundle
- Flavacol works two ways: measure it in with the kernels and oil so the fine flakes coat every kernel as it pops, or shake it over popped corn to taste for that movie theater flavor
- Caramel Glaze Pop cooks in the kettle: a light, glossy caramel glaze with a golden tint rather than a heavy candy shell, so the popcorn stays crisp with no separate candy-making step
- Pop-N-Glaze for kettle corn: sweet and salty flavor made right in the popper; use glaze equal to half the corn, such as 4 oz in an 8 oz kettle, with white oil and no seasoning salt
- Made for poppers at home and at the stand: suits countertop machines, movie nights, concession stands and fundraisers; both glazes contain soy lecithin, allergy information: contains soy

## Questions & Answers

**Q: I will be using a popcorn machine. The way the instructions state, i will add this to the machine with oil, kernals and the flavorcal correct?**
A: I warm up the oil first, then when I measure the popcorn, I add a tsp in the popcorn cup and dump all of that in the oil. It's key to make sure the oil is heated sufficiently.

**Q: Am I able to just add this as a "salt" for popcorn? I use flavoral salt that way.**
A: Yes, I do it like that. It has a tendancy to scorch if you add it like the directions tell you to. I use it in a whirly-pop on the stove,so...maybe it's me that is just doing it wrong. We still like it. 

**Q: Would this 3 pack serve enough colored popcorn for 100 people? We are looking to serve 300 hundred servings of popcorn.**
A: The sugary glazes do not go as far as the plain Flavacol. The Yellow box is like kettle corn and it says on the box it has 28 servings per container. The Brown box is like a light caramel corn and it says on the box the same thing, 28 servings. The Orange box is a buttery flavor and it says on the box 141 servings. These appear to be accurate measurements as I have made batches from all of them. Honestly, I would only buy the plain Flavacol again as the other two sugar based ones are mainly that, sugar, and a little pricey considering I can just use plain old fashioned sugar or brown sugar and get the same results. Love the regular Flavacol though, tastes like movie theater popcorn with it. Hope this helps.

**Q: Can you use this on microwave popcorn?**
A: It is used in the oil that you use for stovetop method of cooking. Not for microwave, no. Wouldn't work.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great trio!
*by A***E on July 17, 2026*

All the flavors were awesome! Top of the line seasoning!

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Love these flavorings!!
*by N***E on October 9, 2025*

The price was great for all three of these. I discovered that I had to premix everything in a cup… The kernels, regular oil, the flavoring, the buttery oil, etc And stir it all up really well before I put it in the professional popcorn machine. The small piece of coconut oil was the first thing I would have to put in and let it melt a little before scooping the premixed popcorn stuff from my bowl/cup. If you don’t pre-mix it, some kernels end up with nothing and some kernels end up with everything on it. Note: on my machine, I have to shut off the machine during the last minute or two or else the caramel will burn.
