They promptly sent me a replacement. They stand by their product! I purchased this in August 2024 for personal use. I’ve used it maybe 10 times and it stopped working. It won’t spin unless you give it a push. Then when you put some pressure on it, it stops spinning again. When it worked it was great but it did not last long. I requested support from Melodie Susie via their website. It’s not a cheap product so I hope there’s a warranty.
