Mark 1: 41 Christ was approached by a leper kneeing begging for help. All authentic versions say Christ had compassion. To my shock and horror -this version says Christ was indignant. WHAT???????This is inaccurate- and shown Christ as not- compassionate. Men and women have -through the ages given their lives -martyred for the true scripture- and this "drama" actually changes words and meanings? Waiting for a refund-FIVE DAYS NO RESPONSE.i am looking for help from the seller- " the book community"- in good faith I purchased this item- offered as a reading of the Bible. As I have a sight deficit I wished to listen to the bible -there is a significant error- in the reading of Mark 1:41 Jesus is said to be ??? indignant ??? when approached by a leper for healing. There is not one respected bible translation that says indignant. The TRUE text- which is absolutely consistent with the authorities of the text- say --COMPASSION. This product is a bizarre reading- and I cannot use it at all. Even if you are not a lover of the Bible -you can appreciate- that if this were a science textbook- and an fundamental error was identified- the product would be deemed suspect thought-out. I bought this in good faith- please honor my request and send me details how I may return.I appreciate that this is a unique request- do you have a different audio Bible -by- say James Earl Jones? or Alexander Scorby- these are true readings. However, when I got to disk 16, I couldn't get through the book of Hebrews. The system moved past several small defects ok until a defect of continuous repetition locked the system down. When I checked my Amazon account with the intention of reporting and asking for a replacement I found that it was past the deadline to do so.
