Redness has decreased very substantially including the peri oral dermatitis I was developing. It’s nearly gone now after a couple of months of use. It doesn’t heal rosacea but it’s great at controlling the symptoms. Love it! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Americans are super late on this *by C***E on May 30, 2017* I developed rosacea right after turning 29. I have tried everything. I really believe in the demodex theory which is widely believed in Europe and believe rosacea is from an overgrowth of mites that we naturally have. Americans are super late on this. Anyhow I have tried all kinds of products and before I tried the expensive soolantra from the doctor I tried this and lice shampoo (active ingredient is close to soolantra) and OMG my face looks like it did when I was 20. No redness (besides a few broken caps) and the pores on my cheeks no longer look huge. I am so confident again. For 3 weeks I applied Nix on dry face and let it dry and sit for 10 minutes. I washed off and applied prosacea and moisturizer and within a month my face has improved and rosacea was a thing of the past. I also ordered premethrin and mixed a tiny amount in a bottle of lotion and applied to my face. I experienced no peeling from any of these products. Do yourself a favor and try this with Nix or off brand lice shampoo.
