Review: Very good - Great quality for the price, each pencil has a good but not excessive weight and feels very positive in use. The metal bodies are nicely finished and feel like they won't fall apart any time soon. The Box is good with everything nice and snug so won't fall out all over the floor when opened. Refilling is easy, the narrow chamber seems to accept a single lead which is good. (last mechanical pencil i cad would allow 5 or 6 leads to be put in which caused jamming). Highly recommented.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Pencil broken in the .3.   Will not accept lead.**
A: I had the same issue with the .3! I took the pencil apart and realized that the tip was clogged with broken bits of lead and there was one piece really stuck in there. After trying tweezers and various methods and several attempts to blow it out, it finally came out and now the pencil works as normal 🤷🏻‍♀️

**Q: I can't figure out where the eraser is?  I have the 4 replacement erasers but I can't figure out where the eraser is?**
A: There is a silver colored cover over the eraser on the end opposite the pencil tip.  This eraser cover is pulled off exposing the eraser. The eraser is stabilized by a “bilobed” silver sleeve folded to hold the eraser. When this eraser is finished, one would rmove the remnant and replace it with the replacement eraser.  Basically, the eraser is beneath the chrome eraser cover.

**Q: It says I need some sort of promotional code but I don’t want that, how do I remove it?**
A: Hello! You may just ignore promotional code if you do not have one. You may order it normally just like any other orders. Promotional codes are discounts. Hope that helps.

**Q: How do you replace the lead? I tried from top and bottom and couldn't get it to work**
A: I have not had to replace the lead yet, but I am pretty sure you remove the eraser and drop the lead into the pencil cylinder.

The mechanical pencil set is a great value of price. Its comfortable and easy to hold, it came with what the picture shows and the clear case for portable access is a plus. I personally prefer heavy mechanical pencils but if you’re a person who likes light weight mechanical pencils then I recommend to buy the plastic version of this product and see how it goes from there. Overall for the lead, I haven’t got much complaints with the leads yet but they seem good so far.
