This company has been the worst for getting a prepaid label. They want you to pay for return. The chairs I order weighted 48.9lb so it would've been to expensive to ship back. So you're forced to keep.

Purchased 4 and overall satisfied. Chairs look good and high quality ... but they weight a ton! Unfortunately they were shipped with FedEx and left in the rain, not surprising considering the worst courier ever.
