The soap dispenser came apart and the tube was lost in the receptacle with no way of getting it out. I contacted the seller and they immediately sent a replacement dispenser. New dispenser works perfect. Happy with sink and would give more stars for customer service if I could. I recommend buying this for a portable sink you if don’t want or can’t hook to an outdoor faucet.

**Q: The sink bowl will not snap in place what can I do**
A: All you have to do is to evenly heat the support column knobs with a hair dryer for about 2.5 minutes.  Move the dryer around and then try to snap and the plastic will go into place easily.  It is all just science :)

I didn’t use prime or any special delivery but my order came very quickly. The directions were very tiny so watch the video instead. It works well my only complaint is that the soap dispenser broke apart before I even used it so I’m just using my own soap
