Recipe: 1 C Rolled Oats, 2/3 C Coconut Flakes or Shredded Coconut UNsweetened, 1/2 C PB or Almond Butter without added sugar, 1/2 C ground Flax Seeds, 1/2 C of ENJOY LIFE Mini Choc Chips (or less), 1/3 C Raw/Organic Local Honey, 1 Tb Chia Seeds and 1 tsp of real Vanilla Extract Mix all ingredients and roll into balls. Store in Airtight container in the refrigerator up to 1 week and watch these disappear fast. (Note: you can swap out any ingredients to make it to your liking).
