This isn’t much at all...-each serving has the same caffeine as black tea. I bought this to have at night but having only 1/4th cup of hot chocolate to avoid caffeine overload isn’t quite enough for my nightly sweet tooth! :)Good things: great brand, great quality, melts well, tastes very good and thick.
